Custom-Configured Product

We are pleased to offer product that is custom-configured to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.

Data Errors

HNS Tools reserves the right to revoke offers or correct errors in pricing, item numbers, item descriptions, and pictures. This policy is effective for all items and sales found or placed on HNSTools.com, HomeNetworkSupply.com, Ebay.com, and Amazon.com or any other affiliated website.

If you would like product and pricing information, our HNS Tools team is available to assist you Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm EST both by email and phone.

Methods of Payment

You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). At the time your order is placed, HNS Tools obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

HNS Tools accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Please Note

1) We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States.
2) Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may substantially delay the processing of your order.

Credit Card Security Codes

HNS Tools requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

Modifying Orders

You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make changes, including your shipping address, payment method or quantity of items purchased. To change these or other parts of your order, contact us via email at help@hnstools.com or via telephone at 888.872.8008. After 30 minutes, we will start processing your order and it may not be possible to make additional changes.

Order Processing

The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment or a full authorization.

HNS Tools reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.

Product Availability

Order lead time is the length of time it will take us to validate your credit card, assemble the right products and package your order. Shipping time is the length of time it will take for the package to travel from our warehouse to your shipping address.

HNS Tools makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the HNS Tools at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Federal Reserve holidays. Lead times will begin the following business day for orders placed and credit cleared after 2 p.m. EST. Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders that are partially shipped - meaning items ship as soon as they are available. If you have requested a complete shipment, please add 3-4 additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, HNS Tools will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

Product Warranty

Non-HNS Tools-branded/Third-party products are sold "AS IS" by the HNS Tools, but may be accompanied by their manufacturers' standard warranties. "AS IS" products are sold by HNS Tools as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from HNS Tools. If you have questions about any manufacturers' warranties that accompany such products, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Note: Products sold through this Web site which do not bear the HNS Tools Brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, you have 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product to obtain an RMA number from the HNS website. Please write the RMA number on any and all packages returned to avoid delays in processing of the return.

If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the HNS Tools warehouse within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 25% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.

If a product is not defective or incorrectly sent by HNS Tools - the buyer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.

If a product is defective or has been incorrectly sent, the buyer should obtain an RMA number and return the item to HNS Tools. Should we deem the product defective or incorrectly sent, we will refund your shipping cost up to $7 for domestic shipments and $9 for international shipments and we will send a replacement or the correct item. Furthermore, HNS Tools will only refund shipping costs if the customer chooses to replace the item. If the customer wishes to return the defective or incorrect item for a refund, no shipping costs will be refunded by HNS Tools.

If the item is deemed not defective or correctly sent, no shipping charges will be refunded. We will take your input into consideration when determining whether or not the product is defective; however, as the seller and expert on the product sold, HNS Tools will ultimately have the final determination if a product is, in fact, defective. After testing and analysis, all decisions concerning defectiveness are final. The customer will be promptly informed of the decision made.

NOTE: HNS Tools recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to HNS Tools or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any third-party product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty.

If your order is returned to HNS Tools because the package is undeliverable as addressed, HNS Tools will process the order as a return and issue a refund for the item only. The customer will be notified via email once the return has been completed and refunded. You may request for the order to be reshipped by HNS Tools with a new address in order for us to resend your order. All requests must be made prior to a refund has been issued. Furthermore, if you would like the order to be re-shipped, you will be responsible for payment of the shipping charges. If you purchased using a free shipping promotion, shipping charges will be based on USPS or UPS rates to your destination based on the weight of the package. Fees can be collected via PayPal or by providing a credit card number.

Redirect Fees will apply for orders that need to be rerouted while in transit. Customer is responsible for the redirect fee if HNS Tools is not at fault for the shipping error. The customer will be charged $15 + the original shipping cost per package; fee is due when the redirect has been made.

Shipping Options

HNS Tools offers 4 convenient shipping options.

Standard Shipping: This option is available on all orders. Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within five business days after shipment.

2-Day Shipping: For an additional charge, we offer this expedited shipping option on most of our products. Products shipped via UPS two-day service prior to 5:00 PM EST are normally delivered by 4:30 PM local time two business days after shipment. Orders must be received prior to 1:00 PM EST in order for them to be shipped that day using this service. Any orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be shipped on the follow business day. 2-Day Shipping is exclusively offered to our domestic customers.

2-3 Day International Shipping: For an additional charge, we offer this expedited shipping option on products shipped from international locations. Products shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. EST, are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two-three business days after shipment.

Next Day Shipping: For an additional charge, we offer this expedited shipping option on most of our products. Products shipped prior to 5:00 PM EST, via UPS overnight service are normally delivered by 3:00 PM local time one business day after shipment. Orders must be received prior to 1:00 PM EST in order for them to be shipped that day using this service. Any orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be shipped on the follow business day. Next Day shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Signature may be required for delivery if you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left HNS Tools's warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. If your order is returned to HNS Tools because the package is undeliverable as addressed, HNS Tools will process the order as a return and issue a refund for the item only. See our return policy for more information.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Free Shipping Coupon codes must be used individually and cannot be combined with any other offer. Coupons that offer free shipping can only be used for orders within the U.S. and the shipment method will be Ground shipping.

Tax-Exempt Orders

If your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call HNS Tools Sales Support at 1.888.872.8008. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are not accepted.
